Jamaican-American film director Tanya Hamilton first feature length film, the award winning, “Night Catches Us,” will open nationally Friday, December 3rd and in San Francisco on Friday, December 10th at the Lumiere Theatre (on California Street). This insightful film is set in 1976 Philadelphia where the co-star returns home where he came of age as Black Panther Party activist. The film is ten years in the making.
