  1. The Association has lost another quiet giant. Mr. Jacques never left our Association. While others went into retirement, he quietly supported. Paid his dues, donated to our outreach, attended our events when he could and always call me up from time to time to keep me in check and be in touch. He loved life and wanted to live it independently although missing his beloved wife. He now joins her and I will miss our chats and his sense of humor. He leaves behind beloved children, deeply mourning his sudden departure. I will miss him. They will miss him more. Mr. Jacques, I know this was not in your plan for right now but since we are not in control of the date or the hour, we just have to accept when we are removed from this earth. Rest in peace.

My condolences and deepest sympathies to the Jacques family. I’ve known the Jacques family for 25 years. Mr. Jacques was a good man—truly a gentle, kind soul. You’re in heaven now with your beloved wife. Rest in peace.
