That is, for me, an unforgettable occasion. It is when I was first privileged to hear him in a venue other than the internet, where some of his public addressess are archived. Dr. Patterson's charm, intellect and sense of humor are endearing. The Honorable PJ Patterson is someone I greatly admire. He continues to enhance his illustrious legacy. The person who penned these words “… his loyalty .. his passion for service, his civility and ability to achieve consensus make him unforgettable. As a team builder, he has shown us that together we can make it.”, capture what I believe to be the essence of Dr. Patterson's Prime Ministerial regime. He is a most honorable man. I cannot think of a person more deserving of this recognition than the Most Honorable Percival James Patterson. He continues to enhance his illustrious legacy.
